‘What is a reflective practice'

What is a reflective practice :

A reflective practice is a process that makes you stop and think and analyse your own methods or theories. Critical analysis and evaluation helps generate new knowledge and ideas. As a result, you will end up reflecting on what you've done wrong and what you've got to modify your actions and behaviour in order to improve and right your wrongs.
By writing down all your reflections you can often clarify your thoughts and it will also give you some written evidence to share with others and refer back to in evaluations and self reflections. By using my blogger online journal as a medium for my self reflections I will be able to track my progress and my design making towards certain attitudes and outcomes of modules. I can look back at my work outcomes and final pieces so that next time I will be able to refer back to them to wrong my rights and learn by my mistakes.
